The Community Edition is free to self-host under n8n's fair-code license. n8n's hosted cloud plans are paid.
Why does n8n pricing look different in dollars?
n8n sets its cloud prices in euros. We convert them to dollars on the day we check, so the dollar figure moves with the exchange rate.
How does n8n count usage?
n8n cloud plans count workflow executions, and each execution can contain unlimited steps. Zapier and Make count individual steps or credits.
