Mga Tuntunin ng Serbisyo

Welcome to Dapols. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and SaaS products and services. By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our website and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dapols, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using Dapols on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business.

2. Description of Service

Dapols is software: an AI consultant for small businesses. It finds where AI fits your workflows, recommends an evidence-based tool stack with dated prices, and turns that into a roadmap, playbooks, prompts, automations and ongoing monitoring. AI drafts are checked by a person as a quality pass, but everything you buy is delivered through the software, the moment you pay.

The one-time plan setup also includes the instant AI website builder: software that generates a website of up to 5 pages from the details you give it, which you can edit, publish at a Dapols address, and export to host anywhere. You are responsible for checking that everything your website says is true before you publish it. Published sites include a contact form whose enquiries we store and show to you (see our Privacy Policy). Custom domains, e-commerce and payment integration are not included.

Larger engagements ("Custom", from the price shown on our Custom page) are separate agreements, quoted and invoiced directly by us — they are not sold through our checkout.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when using our services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to misuse our platform — for example, by attempting to access data you shouldn't have access to.

4. Payments and Pricing

We sell two things. The plan setup is a one-time digital purchase: you pay once, we unlock the software and the plan assigned to your business, and it is yours to keep. It does not renew, we do not retain your card for a later charge, and no further payment is required to keep using what you bought.

The monthly subscription is a separate, optional recurring purchase that keeps your plan current as tool prices and capabilities change. We invite you to it after your setup; it begins only if you actively choose it, and you can cancel at any time. Larger or more complex engagements are scoped and agreed in writing before any work starts, and are invoiced directly by us rather than through our checkout.

Prices are listed in USD. Sales tax or VAT, where it applies, is calculated at checkout based on your billing address. Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record, under its checkout terms. Prices may change before purchase or renewal with any notice required by applicable law.

5. Refunds

• Plan setup (one-time): a 7-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. A refund ends your access to the plan and unpublishes any website you built with it (anything you already exported stays yours). Polar, our merchant of record, may also issue refunds within 60 days of purchase to prevent chargebacks.
• Monthly subscription: cancel any time to stop future renewals. Access to the subscription continues through the period you have already paid for unless applicable law or the checkout terms say otherwise. Cancelling never removes the plan your one-time setup unlocked — you keep that permanently, as it was when you last had an active subscription.
• Custom engagements: payment, cancellation, and acceptance terms are agreed in writing before work starts.

6. Tool prices and recommendations

Dapols recommends third-party AI tools and shows their prices and plans for your convenience. These prices are indicative, set by the respective vendors, and can change at any time. We re-check them regularly but cannot guarantee they are current — always confirm pricing and terms on the vendor's own site before purchasing a tool. Dapols is not responsible for third-party tools, their pricing, or their availability.

7. Intellectual Property

The content, design, and technology behind Dapols (excluding third-party AI tools) are owned by Dapols. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dapols provides recommendations and information but does not guarantee specific results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dapols is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if you violate these Terms. You may stop using our services at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Dapols after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
