Welcome to Dapols. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and SaaS products and services. By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our website and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dapols, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using Dapols on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business.

2. Description of Service

Dapols provides a platform for AI tool discovery, recommendations, and setup guidance. We also offer paid services such as AI plans, custom AI roadmaps, and done-for-you AI setup.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when using our services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to misuse our platform — for example, by attempting to access data you shouldn't have access to.

4. Payments and Pricing

We sell two things. The plan setup is a one-time digital purchase: you pay once, we build and unlock the plan assigned to your business, and it is yours to keep. It does not renew, we do not retain your card for a later charge, and no further payment is required to keep using what you bought.

The monthly subscription is a separate, optional recurring purchase that keeps your plan current as tool prices and capabilities change. We invite you to it after your setup; it begins only if you actively choose it, and you can cancel at any time. Larger or more complex engagements are scoped and agreed in writing before any work starts.

Prices are listed in USD and may change before purchase or renewal with any notice required by applicable law.

5. Refunds

• Plan setup (one-time):we offer a 7-day refund if the plan we assign does not show at least three relevant tools and a clear setup path for your business. Email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you. A refund ends your access to the plan.
• Monthly subscription: cancel any time to stop future renewals. Access to the subscription continues through the period you have already paid for unless applicable law or the checkout terms say otherwise. Cancelling never removes the plan your one-time setup unlocked — you keep that permanently, as it was when you last had an active subscription.
• Separately scoped work: payment, cancellation, and acceptance terms are agreed in writing before any human work starts.

6. Tool prices and recommendations

Dapols recommends third-party AI tools and shows their prices and plans for your convenience. These prices are indicative, set by the respective vendors, and can change at any time. We re-check them regularly but cannot guarantee they are current — always confirm pricing and terms on the vendor's own site before purchasing a tool. Dapols is not responsible for third-party tools, their pricing, or their availability.

7. Intellectual Property

The content, design, and technology behind Dapols (excluding third-party AI tools) are owned by Dapols. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dapols provides recommendations and information but does not guarantee specific results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dapols is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if you violate these Terms. You may stop using our services at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Dapols after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
