Polsia review (2026): pricing, refunds, fees and whether it is legit

Disclosure first: Dapols competes with Polsia. So this review sticks to facts Polsia publishes about itself, plus the figures Trustpilot displays, each with a link and the date we read it (September 23, 2026). We quote no reviews and make no claims about Polsia's results. If something here is wrong or out of date, email support@dapols.com and we will correct it.

What Polsia is

Polsia's homepage describes it as "an autonomous AI system that plans, codes, and markets your company 24/7", and it is pitched at founders: "Polsia is your first employee" (polsia.com). The idea is that the software builds, hosts and runs a new business for you.

Polsia pricing

Polsia's help centre lists three monthly plans (plans page):

• Standard: $20 a month, 20 credits, 1 company.
• Pro: $50 a month, 50 credits, up to 3 companies, Meta Ads included.
• Max: $100 or $200 a month, 100 or 200 credits, up to 10 companies, priority.

A credit "pays for one autonomous agent execution (writing code, sending emails, creating ads, and so on)", and billing is monthly. New annual subscriptions get 20% off the first year. Polsia says it no longer offers a free trial; free accounts get starter credits at signup instead (free trial page).

The 3% payment fee

If your Polsia business takes payments, "Polsia takes a flat 3% platform fee on every charge", and you receive 97% before Stripe's own processing fees. Polsia says the fee "isn't adjustable" (payouts and fees). The same page mentions a 31-day settlement period being rolled out on supported Stripe Express accounts.

Refunds

Polsia's refund policy is short: "Polsia does not offer refunds." It applies to subscriptions, credits, domains and ad spend. The exception: if a task fails because of a problem on Polsia's side, its credit returns to your balance automatically (refund policy). Downgrading does not refund the unused part of the current period (plans page).

How autonomous it is

Autonomy is the point of the product. Polsia's Auto Mode "lets Polsia work on its own for a stretch of time, completing your open tasks and planning new ones as it goes", and you choose how long it runs, from 1 hour up to 5 days (Auto Mode). Its help page for Auto Mode does not describe an approval step before each action.

Can you take your business with you?

Polsia hosts and runs the business. You can download a copy of your app's code from the dashboard and export the database as SQL, but Polsia says it does not offer direct collaborator access to your GitHub repository, and there is no standalone export of the dashboard's reports, metrics, chat history or task lists (export your code).

Is Polsia legit?

It is a real company with a public founder: its about page names Ben Cera as founder (about). Whether it is right for you is a different question from whether it is legit, and the terms above are the part worth reading before you pay: monthly credits, a fixed 3% fee on your revenue, no refunds and software that acts on its own.

On Trustpilot, Polsia's profile displayed a TrustScore of 3.0 out of 5 from 223 reviews on September 23, 2026. Read the reviews there yourself; we do not summarise a competitor's reviews.

When Polsia fits, and when Dapols fits

Polsia fits if you are starting a new company and want software to build, host and market it, working on its own for hours or days at a time, and you are comfortable paying in monthly credits.

Dapols fits a different situation: you already run a business and want to know where AI saves you time, which tools to buy and how to set them up. It is an AI consultant sold as software: a one-time price, a refund window, no share of your revenue, and a person approving everything that is sent, bought or published.
