Put AI to work—one measurable workflow at a time.

Get the work of your next hire — without hiring

An "AI employee" here is a tool-stack plan + a step-by-step playbook, with an optional $29/month subscription that keeps it current. Not an autonomous agent — a plan you run, with real verified prices. It does the repetitive work; you keep the judgment.

AI stack vs hiring — what you'd keep

Compare the yearly cost of a hire against the AI tool stack that does the repetitive work.

Hiring: Marketing assistant$97,084 / year
AI stack (Marketing Agency)$1,419+ / year

This stack includes usage-based pricing, so the exact monthly cost depends on volume — see the live prices below.

This compares cost only, and deliberately understates hiring (it excludes recruiting, onboarding, equipment, software, and management overhead). An AI stack does specific tasks with your oversight — it doesn't replace judgment, relationships, or accountability. The plan is a one-time cost added to year one.

What this is

  • The exact AI tools to do a role's repetitive work, at your budget
  • Copy-paste prompts and step-by-step setup — not just a tool list
  • Dated price and capability evidence, with confidence shown separately
  • Optional monthly guidance so a live workflow does not drift out of date

What this isn't

  • An autonomous employee that works unsupervised
  • A replacement for judgment, relationships, or accountability
  • A subscription — the plan is a single payment, and it does not renew
  • A promise of specific results — you review and direct the work

Pick the role you'd hire for

Each one maps to a ready-made plan with the exact tools, prompts, and setup — and an honest list of what AI can't do.

marketing assistantTurn a one-line brief into ad copy, email drafts, and landing-page sections in your voice.
social media managerTurn a few themes into weeks of platform-specific post ideas.
content writerTurn an outline or a few bullet points into a full first draft.

customer support agentChat assistant answers order status, returns, and how-to instantly.
sales development repFind and enrich prospects that match your ideal customer.
executive assistantAuto-record, transcribe, and extract action items from every call.
bookkeeping assistantPull line items and totals from photos and PDFs automatically.

And what does Dapols cost?

The tool prices on this page are paid to those vendors, monthly, for as long as you use them. This is the separate — and much smaller — cost of the plan that works out which of them you actually need and wires them together.

$99

once, to unlock your plan

The tools, the prompts, the connectors and the order to set them up in, customized to your answers and reviewed by a person before it reaches you. It does not renew, and we keep no card for a later charge.
$29

a month, optional and later

Only if you want the plan kept current as these prices move. We ask about a month in — you start it, we never start it for you, and stopping it leaves the plan you bought exactly as it is.

Common questions

Are these real AI employees?

No — and we won't pretend they are. Each "AI employee" is a curated stack of AI tools plus a playbook that does the repetitive work of a role. You direct it and review the output. The honesty is the point: it's powerful and cheap, but it's a tool, not a person.

How much does it cost?

The tools in each role's stack are shown with live, verified prices — most roles run from about $50 to $200 a month, paid to those vendors. The plan that packages the setup, prompts, and automations is one payment that does not renew; the current figure is on the pricing page. Keeping the plan current afterwards is optional and never automatic.

Will it really save money vs hiring?

For the repetitive part of a role, usually yes — often by a wide margin. Our calculator compares the tool stack cost against real published salary benchmarks, and it deliberately understates the hiring cost (it excludes recruiting, onboarding, and overhead). It compares cost only — a human still brings judgment a tool can't.

What if AI gets it wrong?

You stay in the loop. Every role page lists exactly what that AI stack can't be trusted to do on its own — and the workflow keeps you reviewing anything that matters before it ships.

Can you set it up for me?

For a bounded workflow the plan itself is usually enough: it names the systems, approvals, exclusions, and what good looks like. If the scope needs a person inside your systems, describe it on the contact page — work that size is quoted individually, not listed.
